My answer was: Why is she wearing that horrible hat? but It wasn't correct for the computer, so I wrote: Why does she wear that horrible hat? but also It wasn't correct.. so What's the correct form for that question? :)
Well, it is just because it tells you to use contraction where possible, and there you had to write "Why's she wearing that horrible hat?" Although I don't advice contracting the auxiliaries in questions.
